3.37mm f/2.8 87d HFOV 16MP
(No Distortion)
The 3.37mm is our newest 4K lens designed for the GoPro® HERO® 4/3, DJI Phantom 4/3, DJI Inspire X3 and Yuneec Typhoon H CGO3+ camera lines. With its 87 degree HFOV 16MP sharp 7 glass (4G+3MO) non-fisheye optics this lens captures the entire image sensor.

Compared to our popular 3.97mm lens, the 3.37mm is a little wider field of view and has better edge sharpness. The flare is a little more concentrated into points instead of spread out like with the 3.97mm. The 3.37mm also has a shorter TTL, so it sticks out of the camera less. This means you can use it in the GoPro® HERO® 4/3 waterproof housing and the focus will not change.
After removing the stock lens the 3.37mm threads in easily. No need to change to a different lens mount and all GoPro®, DJI and Yuneec accessories that mount around the lens surround are supported. No gap is present between the lens and the black GoPro® lens surround as the 3.37mm lens spans the entire cavity. On the DJI cameras a small gap will be created as the lens is not as large in diameter as the stock lens, so we recommend using the original glass lens protector to keep debris out. On the Yuneec CGO3+ camera the stock lens is the same diameter so no gap or modifications to the lens surround is required with the 3.37mm lens installed.
On the GoPro® HERO®, we recommend using an ND4 filter (or higher) with ISO400 for full sun shooting. On the Yuneec Typhoon H we recommend keeping shutter speeds at 1/500s or slower to reduce jello from the rolling shutter during full sun shooting. If the slower shutter speeds are too bright you can add ND filters to stop down the light.
With the same f-stop as the stock lens on the GoPro®, DJI and Yuneec cameras the capture software will never know the lens has been changed. Light levels will be handled as normal and depth of field will be very similar.
With it being 36 degrees narrower than the stock GoPro® lens, 3 degrees narrower than the DJI Inspire X3 and Phantom 4/3 cameras and 11 degrees narrower than the Yuneec H CGO3+ camera, this lens brings your subjects closer without being too zoomed in to introduce unwanted image jitter.
When you change the lens on the GoPro® HERO cameras we recommend having us remove the stock lens profile software so the colors are natural (and not tinted pink around the edges). All GoPro® example media shown has this lens profile removed from the camera. Don't want to worry about sending your GoPro® HERO camera in to be modified? We sell new cameras with this lens installed HERE. -

Filter Type Description Visible Light RGB Filter (Recommended)
This is the filter that most cameras have to capture RGB visible color light like our eyes see. All infrared (IR) light is blocked so the colors are normal. This is the same filter that most stock/original cameras have.
RGN
This filter captures Red + Green + Near Infrared light, and is often used to collect vegetation (plant) health images. Typically you would then process the images for an index such as NDVI, GNDVI, CVI, NG, NNIR, NR, TVI. OCN
This filter captures Orange + Cyan + Near Infrared light, and is often used to collect vegetation (plant) health images. It typically performs better than the RGN filter. Typically you would then process the images for an index such as NDVI, GNDVI, CVI, NG, NNIR, NR, TVI. NGB
This filter captures Near Infrared + Green + Blue light, and is often used to collect vegetation (plant) health images. Typically you would then process the images for an index such as ENDVI. This filter is similar to the one used to produce colored infrared (CIR) images. RedEdge (RE)
This filter captures the wavelength of light around 725nm, and is commonly referred to as the red-edge, since it's between red and near infrared light. When looking at vegetation you can see contrast between a healthy and less-healthy plant. NIR
This filter captures near infrared light around 850nm. This filter is often used with 850nm LEDs for night vision filming. It can also be used for any application that is looking for reflected near infrared light, such as vegetation health assessment. No Filter
This lens option does not have a filter installed, which means you will capture all the wavelengths of light from about 400-1000nm. This means that you are capturing RGB + NIR. It will look similar to a RGB image but overly pink and colors will be dulled/muted. -
