Things to Remember:
Once you purchase this item and complete checkout, please send your camera to the address listed on the Contact Us section of our store.

Inside the package please include a copy of your order Invoice, which you can print out by logging into your account or from the confirmation email.

Make sure you Order Number# is visible on the Invoice, highlighting or circling it will help us in identifying your order.

For best protection in sending us your order, please insure the package for $400 USD (per camera).

Camera must be in fully working condition upon arrival to our office. We test all cameras upon receiving. If you camera is non-functioning we will contact you to resolve.

The shipping cost associated with this item will cover the return shipment back to your Delivery Address. Please make sure there is a phone number on your order.

Please do not send us any accessories for your GoPro camera, including the Micro-SD card or battery. We are not liable for any missing items received with your camera. By purchasing this item you agree to waive all liability of any missing or damaged accessories received with your camera.

(1) Ribcage Mod Kit professionally installed onto your Hero 4 Camera
(1) Original camera lens installed in original m12 lens mount
(1) IR Cut Filter (Optional to Install, See Below)
(2) Micro Allen Key (For Adjusting the Flange Distance)
(1) Packet of Spare Screws and Hardware

Not Included:
(x) Additional m12 or CS Lenses (Besides the Stock GoPro Lens)
